Going...

So im signing up for the Super Spartan race for next yr Feb 23, 2013. To train I went to get to my goal of running 30 mins none stop Im slowly getting there my plan is to be able to by June. 7 weeks +. At the end of every month Im going to run/walk at the beach with goal being able to do 10 miles (plan on hitting goal also by june) and atleast once a week go up hill. I have also started doing Slurpees last night WOW 5 mins had me beat slowly but surely Im going to start doing some push ups as well. Around May I want to find a gym so I can work harder. HARDER BETTER...
